Temporary buydowns

With a 2-1 buydown, your interest rate starts 2% lower in year one and 1% lower in year two, then settles at the regular rate in year three. Smaller payments while you get settled in, and sometimes the seller or builder covers the cost.

It isn’t right for everyone. Ask me or your lender whether it fits your plans.

Seller concessions

A seller concession is money the seller agrees to put toward your costs at closing, like loan fees, prepaid taxes and insurance, or a rate buydown. It can mean less cash out of your pocket on closing day.

Your loan type sets a limit on how much a seller can contribute, so we plan the offer around it.
